Gas Consumption Continues to Rise

Global gas consumption rose by 7.4% in 2010, the largest increase since 1984, according to BP’s Statistical Review of World Energy.

Global energy consumption saw its biggest growth since 1973 in 2010 and China overtook the US to become the world’s biggest energy consumer.
