We work closely with you over a period of time, to help you through the whole contract negotiation process from start to finish.  The quotations from suppliers for most contracts are often only valid for a few hours, as they can be subject to frequent changes in the volatile wholesale markets.  We discuss the market reports and details with you beforehand to help you understand the background conditions and to ensure you are fully prepared.

Accounts Management

Once new contracts have been agreed we continue to look after and monitor the progress to check the suppliers have processed the contracts and registered the sites correctly.  If Climate Change Arrangement forms are required will then work to help ensure these are completed and submitted to obtain the appropriate relief.

Our clients

Our clients are mainly mid range businesses and organisations, with electricity and gas charges ranging from around £25,000 to several million pounds a year.  We provide a dedicated "hands on" style service with individual one to one management of your energy accounts and supplies.

Do you need Invoice Validation and Invoice Processing ?

We also offer an invoice validation service to check the correct energy tariffs are charged, manage readings and consumption data and deal with the suppliers and all the day to day problems and enquiries arising.  

For large groups with many sites we can provide an invoice processing and account management service, where we individually work through every supplier's invoice to check the details are correct and enter the charges into batch reports, which are then forwarded to your purchase ledger department to be entered directly into your own ledgers.  This ensures you only pay the charges which have been correctly billed, with all the incorrect charges being rejected.

Managing Consumption Records

We manage and build consumption records to help businesses check, compare and understand how to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their energy charges.

We also use these electricity and gas consumption records to compile annual budget forecasts for our clients and when obtaining quotations from different suppliers, to ensure they can be compared on a like for like basis.

Carbon Reduction Commitment

We also work closely with our clients to help them comply with their CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme reporting obligations.

The Carbon Reduction Commitment Scheme is designed to ensure large companies and organisations reduce their carbon emissions.  The electricity and gas consumption records form an important base from which these carbon emissions are calculated.
