Having rapidly built up a chain of 330 night clubs, restaurants snooker clubs and bars, by acquiring and amalgamating several smaller businesses, the group knew their electricity and gas accounts needed to be sorted out.
Invoices were streaming in from numerous different suppliers and their purchase accounts team simply did not have the time, experience or technical expertise to deal with all the problems which were arising.
We were asked to look after the day to day management of the gas and electricity accounts, so carefully worked through the invoices for each site to identify and remove the confusion and resolve the mistakes.

Securing new electricity and gas contracts on very competitive terms for the entire group
Reducing the costs being invoiced by checking and removing all the billing errors and duplicated charges
Negotiating a £57,000 reduction in the payment needed to clear some unresolved charges to an electricity supply company.
